Open Hex Trap Bar - 1800 mm
The Open Hex Trap Bar - 1800mm removes one side of the traditional hex frame, and that single change transforms the tool.
Lifters step in and out without threading through a closed ring, carries can travel without shins clipping the frame, and movements like lunges, rows and split-stance work become available because nothing surrounds the back leg.
The bar runs 1800 mm end to end, weighs 26.5 kg, and is sold as one piece with neutral-grip handles and Olympic plate sleeves.
